Job Summary
Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team during front-of-house operations. Oversee daily shifts, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while resolving guest issues promptly. Act as the person in charge handling operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment, including inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks. Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold standards and collaborate with the kitchen to maintain service flow. Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and labor policies. Requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, bilingual skills preferred, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $22.00/hr depending on location, with a team tip pool and on-demand pay available.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Hands-on leader who leads by example
- Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
