Job Summary
Create schedules for crew members and manage breaks while filling in as needed. Oversee kitchen and service staff to ensure fast, efficient service and monitor customer wait times. Train new employees on POS systems and shadow experienced team members. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, liaise with vendors for timely deliveries, and oversee closing procedures for cash registers. Handle customer complaints immediately and resolve shift-ending issues. Requires strong customer service skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to stand for up to eight hours while lifting 30 to 50 pounds.
