Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for running shifts in a self-sufficient manner, taking ownership, solving problems, and guiding other team members under the supervision of the RGM. Role emphasizes late-night/closer shift with a shift differential, involving supervisory responsibilities in a food-service/retail environment. Requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience, basic PC literacy, and ability to perform basic business math and accounting tasks. Must be at least 18 years old, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for about 80% of the shift, and able to travel to the Marion, AR location. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility

- Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
- Background checks are run on all management employees
- Must have reliable transportation
