Shift Leader

Shift Leader (Associate Manager) oversees daily bakery operations at la Madeleine, delivering exceptional guest service, coaching team members, upholding quality standards and company policies, and promptly communicating issues to the General Manager. Responsibilities include resolving guest concerns to encourage return visits and providing ongoing feedback and performance expectations to staff.
