Shift Leader – Kitchen (S2) responsible for managing the restaurant in the absence of KM/AGM/GM; ensure high-quality food and beverage preparation, follow preparation guides, uphold company policies, and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment. Duties include ensuring food quality, communicating with supervisors, keeping the store clean, delivering excellent guest service, and contributing to store improvements.
