Job Summary
Lead a team of 7 to 25 members on the floor, monitoring performance and providing direct coaching to ensure consistent guest service. Manage shift openings and closings while executing administrative tasks and maintaining safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to support management needs and drive improvements in guest experience and sales. Develop your own goals with manager support while applying knowledge of HR processes and loss prevention. Work flexible shifts including two weekend days and two evenings per week, earning market-conform salary with 25 vacation days and comprehensive pension contributions.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring in het leiden en ontwikkelen van diverse teams
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden
- Kennis van HR-processen
- Een bewezen staat van dienst in het verbeteren van de gastbeleving en het stimuleren van verkoop
- Ervaring met winst- en verliesfactoren, kostenbeheer en succesvol beslissingen nemen
- Bereid bent om twee weekenddagen per maand en twee avonden per week te werken
