Shift Leader Keyholder

Open and close the bakery as a keyholder during Mon-Fri 10-3 shifts and weekend/holiday open availability. Promptly greet walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth to determine interests, then maintain strong product knowledge to educate them on cake distinctions, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions. Suggest additional merchandise like balloons and cards, process orders efficiently using the point-of-sale system, and invite guests to join the Email Club. Uphold a clean presentation by sweeping, mopping, and dusting surfaces, while replenishing retail displays and cake cases. Take the lead on cake frosting hands-on and guide other guest service representatives in preparing decorations and packaging. Must have flexibility for various shifts including weekends and holidays; previous fast food experience is helpful.
