Job Summary
Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members to execute Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience, including setting shift priorities, assigning tasks, training, providing feedback, resolving guest issues, and ensuring food safety and brand compliance. The role includes maintaining a guest-first culture, driving sales goals, managing cash over/short, and upholding safety, sanitation, and brand standards in a Dunkin' Donuts franchise environment.
