Job Summary
Conduct multiple Front and Back of House positions including cashier, runner, drive-thru, expo, cook, service side worker, prep, and quality builder as needed. Rotate through various areas of the restaurant to gain experience and fill roles based on skills and team requirements. Maintain high energy, a personable demeanor, and a positive attitude while handling pressure during peak lunch and dinner times. Follow all instructions and learn new technologies and procedures. Must be 16 years or older with a well-groomed, professional appearance and self-discipline. This role offers a path to growth in the fast-casual restaurant industry within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
