Shift Leader

Shift Leader at Dunkin responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout the shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience. Responsibilities include setting shift priorities and goals, assigning tasks, providing coaching and feedback, maintaining a guest-first culture, resolving guest issues, ensuring brand standards and safety/sanitation compliance, driving sales goals, executing marketing initiatives, managing cash over/short, and ensuring products are prepared to brand standards. Requires English fluency, 18+ years old, and typically HS diploma or equivalent (preferred); basic computer skills, math and writing abilities, and supervisory experience are needed to lead a team and ensure a positive guest experience.
