Shift Leader

Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service, produce high-quality food, and maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment. Handle cash transactions, enforce policies and procedures, and participate in local and national marketing initiatives while building sales. Lead a crew of 2 to 5 people, manage opening and closing tasks, and perform all food preparation including baking bread and slicing. Work 38-40 hours per week in a fast-paced team-driven atmosphere, moving up to 50 lbs without assistance and communicating with management on any issues.
