Job Summary
Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service and produce high-quality food consistent with brand standards. Manage a crew of 2 to 5 people while enforcing policies, maintaining cleanliness, and participating in local marketing initiatives. Handle cash transactions, perform all opening and closing tasks, and lead by example in food preparation and customer interactions. Work 38-40 hours per week in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere. You must be certified in all four restaurant positions, possess reliable transportation, and hold a Serve Safe certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
