Job Summary
Lead assigned shifts and support daily operations at Great American Cookies & Marble Slab Creamery, ensuring each shift delivers outstanding products and exceptional guest service. Coach team members on service standards, enforce company policies, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility. Execute baking and production procedures, assist with cake and ice cream preparation, and perform accurate cash handling. Complete opening and closing procedures while promoting sales through suggestive selling and guest engagement. Maintain inventory counts and product rotation. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, and Food Handler Certification, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
