Shift Leader

Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service, produce high-quality food, and maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment. Handle cash, enforce policies and procedures, and participate in local and national marketing initiatives while building sales. Lead a crew of 2 to 5 people, perform all tasks related to opening and closing the store, and manage the Learning Management System Training Program. Work 38-40 hours per week in a fast-paced team-driven atmosphere, moving up to 50 lbs without assistance and communicating with management on any issues.
