Job Summary
Lead a Jersey Mike's shift as Shift Leader/Closing Shift Captain, supervising staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food and customer service, managing opening/closing procedures, inventory, cash handling, training and coaching, and enforcing health and safety standards while supporting local marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and team-building skills.
- Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler (preferred).
- Reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of Jersey Mike's training in accordance with the JMMIT handbook
