Job Summary
Shift Leader supports the management team in operating the store, coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service, producing high-quality food, cash handling, following the Learning Management System Training Program, developing others for career growth, enforcing policies and procedures, participating in local and national marketing initiatives, building sales, maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices, being certified in all four positions of the restaurant, effective communication, and leading by example with a focus on quality and customer experience. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, baking bread and performing prep, slicing proficiency, managing a crew of 2-5 people, interfacing with customers, ensuring accountability and integrity, and ensuring rapid, courteous service in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school degree or equivalent
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Must have reliable transportation
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
