Shift Leader

Shift Leader at Jersey Mike's Subs in Virginia Beach, VA, responsible for coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer service, producing high quality food, and executing the Jersey Mike’s experience. Duties include cash handling, adhering to the Learning Management System Training Program, developing others for career growth, enforcing policies, participating in local and national marketing initiatives, building sales, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, being certified in all four positions, communicating effectively, showing urgency, leading a crew of 2–5, opening/closing the store, baking bread, performing prep, and ensuring quality standards. Requires the ability to move up to 50 lbs, 38–40 hours per week, reliable transportation, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience with a strong team-driven atmosphere.
