Job Summary
Provide strong customer service and lead by example while training and motivating team members. Handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Lead shifts to set the tone for the team and work closely with the Store Manager on daily operations. Must be over 18 years of age. Starting pay is $15 per hour plus tips, averaging close to $19.50 per hour. Full-time employees receive medical benefits, a 401K with employer match, and an employee meal program.
