Shift Leader

Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service and produce high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices. Manage and lead a crew of 2 to 5 people, enforce policies and procedures, and participate in local and national marketing initiatives to build sales. Perform all tasks related to opening and closing the store, including baking bread and performing all prep work. Handle cash transactions and ensure effective communication with the GM/AGM/DM regarding any issues. Complete the Learning Management System Training Program and remain certified in all four restaurant positions. Work 38-40 hours per week in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere, moving up to 50 lbs without assistance.
