Conduct food preparation including baking bread, cooking bacon, and using a meat slicer while maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices. Deliver the Jersey Mike's experience by coaching staff to provide amazing customer service and ensuring effective communication with both the team and customers. Handle cash transactions and support the management team with a sense of urgency. Work shifts with open availability including weekends, with closing times at 9pm.
