Job Summary
Shift Leader at Jersey Mike's Subs responsible for supporting the management team in running the location. Responsibilities include coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer service, producing high-quality food, executing the Jersey Mike’s experience, cash handling, following training programs, developing others for career growth, enforcing policies, participating in local and national marketing initiatives, building sales, maintaining sanitation, and leading a crew of 2 to 5. Requires being able to open/close the store, bake bread, slice accurately, and maintain a clean, professional appearance. Must have high school degree or equivalent, 18+ to operate slicer, Serve Safe/Food Handler certification, and reliable transportation. Full-time role with 38-40 hours per week. Location: Point Pleasant, NJ (Franchise location).
