Job Summary
Conduct high-quality food production including baking bread, cooking bacon, and operating meat slicers while maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices. Manage cash handling and coach staff to deliver the Jersey Mike's experience with effective communication and a sense of urgency. Ensure all team members adhere to core values of compassion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, and servant leadership. Work weekends and evenings with shifts ending at 9pm, earning $14-$16/hr plus tips and free food.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- open availability including weekends
- Trained to bake bread/cook bacon/operate meat slicer
- Cash handling
