Job Summary
Provide strong customer service and lead by example while training and motivating team members. Handle cash and ensure accuracy in all transactions, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Lead shifts and set the tone for the team, working closely with the Store Manager on daily operations. Hold yourself and others accountable with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. This role offers a competitive starting rate of $14 per hour plus tips, averaging $18-20 per hour, with full-time medical benefits and a 401K match available.
