Job Summary
Support the management team in executing assigned location operations by baking bread, preparing all menu items, and managing opening and closing procedures. Lead a crew of 2 to 5 people while coaching staff on delivery and maintaining high-quality food standards and a clean restaurant environment. Serve customers personally in a fast-paced atmosphere, ensuring exceptional service and meeting schedule requirements to build sales. Work in a team-driven setting with flexible scheduling, no late-night hours, and single-facing customer interactions.

Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience, preferred
- Experience can include being a Shift Lead at a location such as Heritage Senior Living, DoorDash, IKEA, ETE Reman, Prader-Willi Homes, Cheddarhead Holdings LLC, Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Walgreens
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment
- Passion for the food industry
- Awesome personality

- Ability to coach the staff to delivery amazing customer service
