Job Summary
As a Shift Leader, you will provide excellent customer service, ensure quality products, and maintain store operations during your shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring production efficiency, delegating tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning, and assisting with the training of team members. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service, experience with Point of Sales systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
- Point of Sales systems experience
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
