Job Summary
As a Shift Leader, you will provide incredible customer service and quality products while supporting store leadership during your shift. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, maintaining operational efficiency, prioritizing and delegating tasks, managing cash handling, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of a busy bakery and possesses strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
- Point of Sale systems experience
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
