Job Summary
Lead the cookie crew by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining bakery operations, and monitoring production efficiency. Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while holding the team accountable to company standards. Support store leadership by communicating pertinent information, assisting in training and coaching team members, and managing cash handling and deposits. Ensure a safe, clean environment by adhering to safe food handling practices. Requires at least one year of customer service experience, POS system familiarity, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. This role offers flexible part-time schedules, daily pay, and paid time off within a rapidly growing company.
