Shift Leader

As Shift Leader at Insomnia Cookies, you oversee bakery operations during your shift, provide incredible customer service, supervise the Cookie Crew, and support store leadership. Responsibilities include managing baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning; delegating tasks; coaching and training team members; ensuring a safe, clean working environment and adhering to safe food-handling practices; and handling cash deposits. Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, POS experience, strong communication and people skills, the ability to lead by example, lift up to 40 lbs, be 18 years or older, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
