Job Summary
Lead the bakery day or night by providing exceptional customer service, building orders, baking, and interacting directly with guests. Maintain store operations by monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to standards, and assisting with training and coaching. Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while managing cash handling and deposits. Ensure a safe, clean environment by adhering to safe food handling practices. This role supports store leadership and works alongside the Cookie Crew at the Oshkosh location. You will gain flexible part-time schedules, excellent mentorship, and free cookies with every shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
- Point of Sales systems experience
- Outgoing/friendly/patient
- Detail focused and results-oriented
- Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
