Job Summary
Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests while supporting store leadership by maintaining operations, monitoring production efficiency, and holding the team accountable to standards. Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew and assisting in training new team members. Manage cash handling and deposits, ensuring a safe, clean environment that adheres to safe food handling practices. This role requires at least one year of customer service experience, POS system familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Flexible part-time schedules are available with daily pay-on-demand and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
- Point of Sale systems experience
- Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
- Outgoing/friendly/patient demeanor
- Detail focused and results-oriented
- Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
