Job Summary
As a Shift Leader at Insomnia Cookies, you will provide excellent customer service and quality products, maintain store operations during your shift, communicate relevant information, and assist in training team members. The role requires you to prioritize and delegate tasks among the Cookie Crew, ensure a safe and clean environment, and manage cash handling. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the capacity to motivate others.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
- Point of Sale systems experience
- Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
- Outgoing/friendly/patient demeanor
- Detail focused and results-oriented
- Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
