Job Summary
Shift Leader in Training at Chick-fil-A responsible for supporting senior leadership in daily restaurant operations, leading shifts, and coaching/developing team members. Responsibilities include opening/closing, counting drawers, maintaining a high level of guest service, training new hires, setting a positive tone, and ensuring operational excellence and adherence to the Recipe for Service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and developing others to meet service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to close or open 3 or more days in a week
