Job Summary
Lead and coach team during peak periods to ensure 100% of table visits and guest issue resolution, oversee Front of House and Heart of House operations, open/close the restaurant and manage shift paperwork, run mid-shift and shift-change processes, perform cash handling and safe audits, monitor food quality, safety, and liquor service, address guest complaints, assign cleaning and labor tasks, conduct pre-shift meetings, and drive guest satisfaction and adherence to service standards through leadership and training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position
- Completion of Shift Leader certification
