Shift Leader

Shift Leader responsible for delivering on passionate hospitality and maintaining IHOP standards while providing service excellence. This hourly role supports supervisory management in daily, administrative, and operational tasks and maintains a strong guest-service focus on the restaurant floor. Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for SOH when management is unavailable, providing FOH training and coaching to the team, potentially running a shift, mentoring new hires and assisting with onboarding to ensure compliance with company standards, handling cash receipts and store funds, coordinating staffing as needed, and performing other duties as assigned. Must remain calm under pressure and balance guest service with operational duties on the dining floor.
