Job Summary
Open the store, prepare food items, and maintain elevated stock awareness while confidently serving customers with thorough product knowledge. Lead a team during shifts by setting examples for positive interactions, portion control, and cleanliness standards. Perform timely cash handling and closing procedures, participate in staff meetings and team cleaning tasks, and uphold Sundae's customer service standards. Maintain responsible cash handling and execute closing procedures accurately. This role supports Sundae's mission to share joy through artisan ice cream, offering consistent scheduling and opportunities for mentorship and growth within a community-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 or older
- Must have work availability throughout summer season (approximately 9/30/2026)
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Some foodservice experience preferred
