Job Summary
Shift Leader at Culver's responsible for running shifts to deliver great food and exceptional guest service. Leads and models positive leadership, coaches and mentors team members, and supports development of a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with operational and food safety procedures. Requires strong communication, organization, and a genuine, smiling personality; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
