Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness standards are met. Greet, assist, and thank every customer while driving high expectations for food safety and cleanliness among staff. Assist with hiring, training, and development of Customer Service Representatives, delegating tasks and following up as needed. Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner. Assume responsibility for special assignments and projects as required. This role is key to meeting performance and profit goals while maintaining the "Fast, Fresh & Friendly" vision.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Computer literacy
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as needed by the business, as well as work the site alone, as required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Successful completion of store training
- Previous experience supervising others, preferred
- Food service experience preferred, ideally in a managerial role
- ServSafe certification preferred or successful completion of certification within 2 months of hire
- Focus on customer service and commitment to teamwork
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with employees, customers, and vendors
- Ethical, honest, trustworthy, respectful, compassionate, supportive, and patient
- Open to 2nd shift and weekends too
