Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in daily store operations by maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness. Greet, assist, and thank every customer while empowering staff to meet performance goals and brand standards. Assist with hiring, training, and development of store employees, delegating tasks and following up as necessary. Complete daily paperwork and computer entry, and assume responsibility for special assignments and projects. Must be at least 18 years old, possess computer literacy, and hold or obtain ServSafe certification within two months. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work all shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Computer literacy
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as needed by the business, as well as work the site alone, as required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Successful completion of store training
- Previous experience supervising others, preferred
- Food service experience preferred, ideally in a managerial role
- ServSafe certification preferred or successful completion of certification within 2 months of hire
- Focus on customer service and commitment to teamwork
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with employees, customers, and vendors
- Ethical, honest, trustworthy, respectful, compassionate, supportive, and patient
- Open to 2nd shift and weekends
