Job Summary
Lead store operations by maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness while empowering employees to meet performance and profit goals. Greet, assist, and thank every customer, provide superior service through suggest selling, and motivate staff by leading by example. Assist with hiring, training, and development of Customer Service Representatives, delegate tasks, and complete daily paperwork and computer entry. Assume responsibility for special assignments and projects as needed. Work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in a retail environment involving standing, lifting, and exposure to cleaning products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as needed by the business, as well as work the site alone, as required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Successful completion of store training
- Previous experience supervising others, preferred
- Food service experience preferred, ideally in a managerial role
- ServSafe certification preferred or successful completion of certification within 2 months of hire
- Focus on customer service and commitment to teamwork
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with employees, customers, and vendors
- Ethical, honest, trustworthy, respectful, compassionate, supportive, and patient
- Open to 2nd shift and weekends
