Job Summary
Shift Leader at Banff location overseeing FOH operations, liaising with GM and AGM, coordinating front-of-house staff, handling customer concerns, and preparing the restaurant for service. Responsibilities include managing FOH team members, coordinating with BOH, supporting events and party packages, overseeing service during peak times (including evenings with live DJs), and contributing to growth opportunities within the venue. Role requires ProServe certification, serving/bartending experience, strong communication, flexibility in scheduling, and supervisory experience is a bonus.
