Job Summary
Shift Leader at Jersey Mike's Subs in Ottumwa, IA. Responsible for supporting the management team in running the location, coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service, producing high quality food, cash handling, following the Learning Management System Training Program, developing others for career growth, enforcing policies, participating in marketing initiatives, building sales, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, being certified in all four positions, effective communication, and leading a crew of 2 to 5. Tasks include opening/closing, baking bread and prep, slicer operation, and interfacing with customers to provide an exceptional experience. Education requirement is a high school degree or equivalent; 1 year QSR experience preferred; must be 18+, Serve Safe Certification, reliable transportation; tip-eligible position with pay range $17-$19 per hour.
