Job Summary
Shift Leader at Hardee's overseeing crew members in a fast-paced environment, responsible for stocking ingredients, food preparation, taking phone orders, following cleaning schedules, and ensuring effective communication with customers and team members. Requires good communication skills, ability to understand written instructions, leadership to manage people, and the ability to work irregular hours including day/night shifts.
