Job Summary
Introduce walk-in guests to the bakery, suggest creative solutions for orders, and assist phone-in guests while operating the POS with accuracy. Coordinate timing between Guest Services and Frosting departments, wrap and box frosted cakes, and follow the Crafting Manual to assemble designs. Maintain the retail and crafting areas by cleaning, merchandising, and tracking inventory, including making bows and generating message cards. Collect guest email addresses and ensure all pre-made design pieces are stocked for same-day orders.
