Job Summary
Support the Management Team by supervising daily task assignments, coaching hourly associates, and ensuring store profitability. Maintain a clean, well-stocked appearance while executing safety, security, and quality policies. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries, verifying age for restricted sales and adhering to all local regulations. Provide motivation and learning opportunities for fellow associates while implementing solutions to store challenges. Work all shifts including weekends and holidays, occasionally supervising other shifts. Lift up to 50 pounds and work in cold environments.

- Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays and will occasionally supervise shifts
- Must pass the background check and drug free workplace requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the store which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the store's perimeter
