Job Summary
Shift Leader role supporting the Management Team with assigning tasks, coaching and training hourly associates, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and maintaining store operations, safety, and profitability while adhering to policies. Requires leadership, customer service focus, capability to supervise shifts, plan daily assignments, and drive store performance. Must be available for all shifts, weekends, and holidays, and pass background and drug-free checks; valid driver’s license required. Knowledge of merchandise, pricing, promotions, and store policies is essential.
