Job Summary
Shift Leader role responsible for running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and supporting the RGM. Take ownership to solve problems, seek help when appropriate, and provide guidance to others. Requirements include 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic PC literacy, 18+ years old, strong math/analytic skills, ability to walk and lift up to 50 lbs, and standing for 80% of shift; background checks for management positions and reliable transportation are required. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
- Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
- Background checks are run on all management employees
- Must have reliable transportation
