Job Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for the restaurant's overall operations during their shift, ensuring that company standards and policies are followed, controlling costs, communicating effectively with employees, supervising their assignments, and managing inventory supplies. Key responsibilities include adjusting the Par Prep Sheet, guiding crewmembers, providing quick and efficient guest service, soliciting feedback, and resolving complaints. Candidates should exhibit a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, maintain operational quality, and possess basic computer skills.
