Shift Leader - Front of House

Shift Leader responsible for coaching the FOH team, ensuring Six Key Points of Service, MBWA leadership, and hands-on support to meet service and production standards. Leads by example, assigns duties based on productivity and skill sets, provides regular feedback, and drives amazing service by following established procedures for speed of service, production, accuracy, food safety, and quality. Focuses on cross-functional communication between kitchen and FOH, supports training pathways, team development, and marketplace opportunities to grow sales and maintain Pret standards.
