Job Summary
Shift Leader at Guzman y Gomez leads and coaches the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards. The role drives operational excellence, fosters a positive work environment, and supports training and development to advance toward roles such as Assistant Restaurant Manager. Candidates should have leadership or supervisory experience, a strong customer service background, and be willing to complete the Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol course. A current police check is part of the recruitment process, and a full availability including nights and weekends is required.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate (completed or willingness to complete)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol course (completed or willingness to undertake)
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to provide)
- Full availability including nights and weekends
