Shift Leader

Oversee the profitable operation of a designated shift by ensuring full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, and employment laws. Enforce Firehouse Subs® policies while leading the team to meet standards for guest service, quality, and cleanliness. Drive profitability through strict control of food cost, labor, utilities, and sales growth. Assist the General Manager in coordinating operations game plans, interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees. Maintain accurate reporting and actively participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives. Represent the brand professionally while communicating all business-impacting issues to leadership. Work on feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
